No way to get around the sissy named “Louis”

Xenon Pro's customer support page offers email, phone, and their dreaded chat line. However, their email refers people to the chat line and a phone call also refers people to chat. So now you have to take a deep breath and attempt to receive help from the chat line. Chat is always the same little *** named Louis who is extremely rude when he senses a refund is going to be requested. He stoops to demeaning dialogue that infers the customer is stupid and everything is the customer's fault. He will block every attempt for the customer to recover any money. Xenon pro has zero customer support and total customer harassment. If you purchase anything from them, your stuck with the merchandise whether it fits or not.
