No way to get a timely call back

Hold times at Sage are so long that Sage, before they hang up on you, cleverly requires customers to leave a call back number. Sage warns customers to sit tight by your phone because If they call and you don't answer, they will not call back. It will take hours for Sage to call back (if they call back at all). Most call backs are after 5 PM or after business hours. Sage on-line support is a joke. Circular questions and answers that get you nowhere. Yes I have complained about calling back back after 5 PM while I am driving home from work. The support staff has no control, no remorse and does not forward the complaint to anybody at Sage. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in business.
