Update by user Oct 15, 2020 Company emailed me saying they read my complaint and are sorry about it. HOWEVER, they offered no way for me to exchange the size large hooded sweatshirt to a size medium.I tried to call them again and to fill out their automated help form. Both types of communications do not list how to exchange a product! It is very frustrating and it appears this company does not allow any exchange or return policy for customers.
