Once the order is placed there is NO WAY to contact ApplianceZone. There are multiple Google reviews -- people placed an order, got an "awaiting fulfillment" status and then NOTHING. No updates and their site indicates no refunds. Using this site was a big mistake. Locking down the money and not delivering -- seems like fraud, theft, not business. User's recommendation: Do not use this site -- operates like a scam.
