No way of calling. No delivery after paid for next day delivery and Hermes emailed telling me they delivering today . What an absolute let down .. cant fall to anyone.. live chat not working.. no one

Why take money for delivery when you cant deliver ? Next day delivery . I've been waiting in all day for nothing.. missed all day out with my daughter and girlfriend.. why not at least tell you're customer you wont meet delivery time ? I could have went somewhere else and had my shoes today like I planned . Spent a 100 quid on shoes that i didn't go out in today and I'm pissed .. noone answering phones and live chat link is broken . Stop taking payments for deliverys if your not delivering footasylum. I expect to be compensated and not just refunded next day delivery money .. and I want my day back.. i have ot in black and white . Payment for next day delivery . Stewart Lynn Jnr ... NE23
