Installer installed one incorrect board in my home. It has caused the neighboring board to split and warp. Shaw isunable to determine the correct wood flooring. After 10 months nothing has been resolved. Do not buy Shaw flooring. It is cheap, and there is no real warranty or customer service after it is installed
