No valid shipment information on order 1728**** ordered 11/26. Kee being told each time I email Customer Service shipping info is updated with 48 hours, then 3 days, now 5 days. I want credit issued!

Want my bank account issued credit for order 1728**** not received. Multiple times I have requested an accurate UPS tracking number but nothing.
