No utensils for take out

My mother and I ordered from Chowking Pateros to take out food yesterday, Sept 1 at around 1pm. But surprisingly, no utensils provided. We ordered 2 lauriat which has pancit canton, rice & chicken. We are in the cemetery and unable to eat them with dirty hands. Other branch of Chowking provides utensils automatically without asking for it especially for take outs. We are very frustrated at the manager as he doesn't provide credit of what happened. We were very hungry at that time but unable to eat. I took a video of us complaining and I am going to post this in my social media accounts to spread awareness. This is not right. Chowking should not assume that all customers know that utensils should be asked when doing a take out. It should automatically provided. I no longer have the receipt because the manager took it. The manager on duty is somewhat rude and doesn't seem apologetic. Please take action on his behavior and train him to handle customer complaints.
