For many years now there has been no customer support from Cyberscrub. Similarly no updates for existing products have been released and no completely new products have been seen.The existing "old" products continue to be sold but there is no recourse to a support system of any kind. With ever updated versions of Windows being released there are definitely functionality issues with some of the products but with no support available theses should really not be sold. I still use their KeyChain password manager but it is now hopelessly out of date as it only supports opening URLs in Internet Explorer. What we need is statement from Cyberscrub as to what exactly is going on with these products and why is there no support whatsoever?
