No update regarding status of shipment, no response on twitter

Does shein have any customer service at all? It was my first time ordering from shein and also definitely the last. I just want an update on the status of my order as I have received none since July 6, 11 days ago. We understand that the ban has caused problems but at least take time to update customers on the status of their PREPAID ORDERS? Rs 40 was charged extra for guaranteed delivery in 14 days. Will that be refunded? Will we get our orders at all? The worst customer care I have ever experienced ordering things online. When will I get my order??????? User's recommendation: Don't buy from Shein!
