No update on prepaid order

Hi, order id- B34442 Order date- 29 sep Status- Processing It's been more than 7 days with no update. I have been trying to contact you for the last 4 days. Called 50 times at least but no one answers. Please suggest what should I do? If you do not have the product kindly cancel the order and initiate the refund.
