It is very unfortunate that my family has been SCAMMED. We have engaged a dealer from SG representing HYLA for the Benndor system cleaning services and the salesperson was uncontactable. Was utterly disappointed with HYLA SG and the unethical and crude customer service received from this employee known to be Stella. Initially HYLA Singapore decided to offer 2 services from the company for compensation. However, Stella, who claimed to be one of the management, knew that I have sent an email to Germany, out of anger, she decided not to even offer any services for compensation. - Germany did not respond to my email too. - HYLA SG did not bear ANY responsibility when the dealer disappears, although he is representing the company and issuing the company receipt. - HYLA SG is not willing to locate the person. - HYLA SG is not willing to transfer the call to the higher up. - HYLA SG is not willing to at least provide the dealer's full name to us to make police report. - HYLA SG did not even give a simple apology. This is the salesperson, DESMOND: 9680**** (don't even know if the name is real)
