No TV service

I had no cable service for 6 weeks and got no response from Shaw. I contacted them through you but didn't get a response. We finally had a chat with a rep. and she advised they had been doing some work on it. While online with her we eventually got service. I wonder how long it would have been, for them to contact us, if we hadn't gone online to their support. I did discover that going to their cable services and not their support online led me to you.
