I love the turkey neck, adds flavour to my gravy and everyone wants it. I buy buttball because I love it and I am guaranteed to get the neck, but not this time. I am having a Superball party and serving a turkey dinner, everyone is looking for the “neck” because of it’s flavour but unfortunately no one will enjoy it tonight. If I wanted a utility turkey, I would have bought it, cheaper than a butterball, and would not have been disappointed with no neck, but I paid more money to get a better quality turkey which I like and be sure to get the neck, which I didn’t get.
