Highmark refuses to share even basic information while abrogating your rights. There is no ombudsman and bad employees are in complete control of your case as you have no way to get information on how to reach anyone else. They have antiquated policies that don't recognize electronic record keeping. Their processes are non transparent and they are not held to any accountability. User's recommendation: Stay far, far away.
