Original review updated by user Aug 15, 2021 got an email on 6/16 that i should receive a separate email with a link to download my tickets. look in inbox and spam. looked for all the "phrases" they say to look for. nothing. submitted 1st support ticket on 7/2. have submitted each week. nothing. called every week on sat on hold for an hour and a half to forced into a callback que. they never call back. my concert is this coming weekend. this is my favorite artist in the entire world and they have ruined it for me and now i'm out $1186 and dont get to see him. User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
