Third Federal is apparently trying hard to go out of business because my mortgage experience was the worst banking experience in my entire life. They took weeks to make a decision and denied me saying I missed their debt to income ratio by 118 dollars a month. They made no suggestions to remedy the ratio. They waisted my time. Weeks! This Friday, I had an appointment with a Mortgage broker 11 AM. 90 minutes later Approved and underwritten, DONE!!! 90 MINUTES!!!!! Do not go to Third Federal. Find a Mortgage Broker. Think you are going to get a mortgage from Third federal? NO THEY WON'T APPROVE YOU!! RUN AWAY!!! Save yourself the stress, the ammodium D, and the Pepcid AC dealing with the loan officers of Third federal; they made me physically sick!
