Music and Arts sent me an invoice for an instrument because my debit card had been stolen and I had canceled it. I paid the invoice in full on the 27th and it cleared my account on the 29th. Then, I received another invoice with a late fee, because THEY posted it four days AFTER it cleared my account. This is the second instrument I rented, and the first was paid off. I had never missed a payment in SEVEN years. Customer service was SO incredibly rude when I called to inquire about why I had a late fee when I had paid the invoice upon receipt. I would put an instrument on a credit card before ever renting anything from them. They're a horrendous company.
