I have been having issues with my RVND 7 starting in Feb of 2019, I have received lots of emails saying someone will be checking into my concern and getting back to me within a day. I have never had a reply. I tried to outlast their automated response on their support line and I gave up after 39 minutes. I regret purchasing the unit and I know that I will never buy another Rand McNally product.
