Bought MacBook in April from HSN: thought I was purchasing an Apple service contract and found it was from the Square trade, this is the first time Ive tried to reach them, no success . My email is not working therefore I cannot do any business, extremely poor customer service, I paid for technical service, not no service!!! User's recommendation: Do not buy There service contract.
