Still have not been able to talk to a human about helping me install a new brother printer. Spent an hour yesterday trying to get help, to no avail. They did however direct me to some just answer.com people that wanted me to pay them $40.00 for help. I dread the thought of trying to return this printer to BestBuy. My advice forget about getting any help BrotherBrother customer no service User's recommendation: Unless you are very tech savvy, stay away from Brother printers.
