No support for Pump and power supply –

SHURflo Power Supply/Transformer 100-240VAC 2.5 AMP Part Number: [protected] and [protected] Delivery Pump 3.5 GPM 45 PSI 12VDC 1/2 MPT Part Number: [protected] The pump doesn't work with the power supply. My attempt to get support was met with a robo-email saying basically I need to get support in order to get support. No instructions on how. Waste of money, time and effort. Very frustrating. Terrible way to treat customers.
