No support for older purchased games

I purchased several games for my iPad- thinking I'd be able to play them for years! Apparently I was wrong! They either quit working and there's no support, or when I try to troubleshoot them by deleting them to re-install them they disappear! I own these games that I don't have access to! I want to either be refunded for all of them -OR -they get repaired! I spent too much money on games from this company to be happy with the lack of customer service and technical support from them. No company should be this way! I've also got a couple of pc games that no longer work well- same story. User's recommendation: Be very careful about purchasing games from this company!
