No such thing as customer service

Trying to spend money with Dacor, but they NEVER return my call when I press 1 for a return call. Have now been waiting for over 40 minutes on the phone (in line for an agent) to no avail. Will NEVER buy another Dacor product. User's recommendation: Don’t even use the words “customer service” when referring to Dacor.
