I was at a bussiness, parked. A va state trooper was watching me, waiting for me to get in the vehicle. I had no front tag( va requires both front and back) long story short. I battle with PTSD and anxiety. When this officer approched my vehicle I stsrted crying a d shaking. Why?? I watched an officer shoot my brother in law in tbe back, and agaun in the chest when he turned around to say something to the officer. My brother in law was murdered infront of me for being Bipolar and not underdstanding the officer that day. So, for 10 years iam still in therepy and treatment. My beef is the officer said " maybe i should get treatment or medical eval, because if i cant talk to an officer, then maybe I shouldnt be driving". My point is their was no empathy by this officer. Maybe he should take a Nami class to uderstand PTSD.
