No solution over a brand-new Honda Outboard Model BF250AXA

On July 7, 2020 the Dealership took the Outboard Model BF250AXA which we are still paying to HONDA CORPORATION which is under Warranty and so far today August 3, 2020 i don't have my outboard, I don't have even a call from HONDA MARINE CORPORATION about the status of my Outboard or when i going to have it back. on July 30, 2020 i just received an email that said: Limited Warranty and it will repair your engine in the event of a defect, not replace the motor. No solution yet, no date yet. I bought new that must to be reliable for my business. User's recommendation: Ask what to expect of Warranty in case of failure, been a loyal costumer since 1997 and never before a issue with Warranty until now.
