No show on expensive service call

So we wanted to add a door switch to our existing security system. After spending 185 bucks to schedule, they had us by the nose all day. Waiting......waiting.....waiting..... No tech shows. Called the next day and they 'apologized' and try to reschedule. And can you believe, they asked me if an after hours would be sufficient. I asked to be cancelled in order to try to get some attention. Their response was I will need to connect you to the proper department for that. Don't know if they have been sold or what has happened but their service doesn't exist anymore.
