No shirts and no money back

I ordered 2 shirts for me and my sister for are birthday and I ordered August 18th 2020 I have not received them, and they took my money and that's not ok.i think they should be shut down and investigated and all of us that they took are money we should file a lawsuit to get are money back or paying it back by going to jail. User's recommendation: Do not buy nothing from them I mean nothing.
