Update by user Jul 23, 2020 Hello Pissed Consumer,Thank you for being there for me to vent. I had to contact Charming Charlie's five times. They finally did refund my purchase. A consumer should not have to go through such lengths for a company to respond when the customer has already paid in good faith. If you find you do not have the product, contact the customer to offer another item or refund immediately.Again thank you,Regards Original review posted by user Jun 23, 2020 I placed my order on June 15th, 2020. The bracelets shipped but the Hobo purse has not shipped. I was hoping to have the complete order because it was a gift for a special event...which was missed!! This order was paid in full on June 15th. I have emailed/contacted CS three times! No Response! No Shipment.No Refund! Therefore, I will be contacting BBB; and also legal help.
