No service to my friends and family

My son in upstate N.Y. was told I was not available to purchase minutes. I was unable to talk to my daughter who lives in Germany..A tenant Virginia I live with My niece a lawyer who lives in VA I purchased I purchase 1000 minutes when I purchased thee phone. Please fix this. I am contemplating getting rid of this one. Sincerely Erika Neblung
