Been 16 days since I placed my order. I can't get into contact with Hydroponics.eu and they refuse to answer me. I have tried all e-mails on their website, tried calling AND tried using their "Live support online". I got NO resposens when I wanted to make a refund, but i got a quick response when I sent a fake e-mail with the subject: "Looking for a supplier of 100 aerofarm units". So I guess that says it all. =S I'd like to WARN everybody to NOT place an order! It's not worth it to risk it. My loss: about 200 dollars out the window. =( I live in Sweden and have NO idea on how to get any justice =( I deeply regret my purchase.
