No service more than a month but the payments are being taken!

Update by user Jun 09, 2020 Nobody contacted from hair club to update the situation or rescheduling the appointments..When we contacted they gave the appointments but later it was cancelled by them and I was asked to call them back in two weeks time..But they kept on taking the payments through our credit cards.They failed to stall the payment. Two weeks ago I called the manager who is responsible for Toronto and asked him why he can't hold these payments until the crisis is over..He reluctantly agreed to put the payments on hold for two months.But he disagreed to reimburse the April and May payments which is about 670 Canadian dollars.But I receive email from hair club to buy their products only..They do not seem to update anything regarding their current situation to customers...Nothing seems to happen in a professional manner here in Toronto.We really deserve to be called like pissed off customers..Please take some appropriate action to solve this matter and I am also looking for the full refund for the April and May payments...Thanking you..Nirmal Mailvaganam (416-843****) Original review posted by user May 05, 2020 Due to the current Corona virus crisis the hair club locations are closed but the payments are being taken from the credits cards..But the reason what they are telling is that are protecting our hair which is not very unfair. The charges includes the service also..Could you please take some action in a very fair manner in this case..? I used to go to North York Toronto, 235,Yorkland Blvd.location.The people who are responsible here are not giving a right answer for our questions..The payment should not have been taken from our credit cards if they cancelled the service due to current crisis until it comes to normalcy!
