No Service – Hire more Reps

Brand new Range, Got it yesterday, Wont heat up. Called customer service and after 15 minutes was HUNG UP ON IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CALL. Called back, and after another 15 minute wait time and was told that it is a problem with the oven. They arranged for a Technician to come out next week, Really? Went to the online chat, the wait time there was 753 minutes. Since I wasn't waiting on pins and needles for someone to answer after giving the model #, the Chat Representative closed out the chat after two minutes. THEY NEED TO HIRE MORE REPS!
