we had the bad experience. paid 50 percent up front. Told us that they will come back as the part has to be orderd. did not come back as day was scheduled for repare. called many time during week. at last got respond. bluffing that they been trying to call. infact no one called even we called many time. next apointment after one week. no one turned up. for 16 days. no one came . we had to cancelled and aske to refund the money which is paid by credit card. it is five weeks now. been told that refund wi be made in 3 to 5 days. waiting for refund
