Went on web site to look at ordering new charger. I was directed to call company. I was told they do not service or have replacement parts for the product was now 10 years old. When I said I could get the parts on Amazon, they questioned the quality. This is after they told me they wont service their product. I bought a $10 charger from Amazon and that fixed the problem. User's recommendation: Don’t buy a product if they won’t service it. It may be 10 years old but they are expensive and all it needed was a charger.
