AcuRite sucks. They don't have a phone number that you can talk to a human. They don't have a send button for chat service. They don't answer chat mail. I can't order from them because the payment page won't open on my computer. I have called them they don't answer. I have given them my home phone number and asked them to call me. They won't call. How am I supposed to order from them when they have shut off all avenues to communicate. Their customer service is as useful as tits on a boar hog.
