No service, all lies

I have been dealing with your unprofessional team who begins the telephone call with me being a valued customer. 4 weeks ago I called to have a tv in my room fixed. I have been cancelled 3 times, had one crew from connect tv show up only to not have the equipment on the truck to fix me. I have faithfully paid you by auto pay I might add and this is the treatment I get. I never bother you people, check the records, it should be documented and the one time I need you I get this kind of service. Please do call me with my disconnect confirmation # and send the appropriate boxes to me so that I may send your equipment back to you. By all means unless a manager can call me, please don't call. My decision is final. You people have serious service problems. Also, remember these names, Leo Ducote, Ramona Rodriguez, Pam and Chris Kimble, Miranda Snyder, cause they will be closing their account with you as well and there will be others to follow. Thank you
