The whole week of the 4th of July, they just decided to skip our entire neighborhood, even though we had to pay for it. And now today there has been no sign of them (7/19/21) again!! I have been on hold with them now for 52 minutes. They used to always pickup on time. I don't know what is going on with them lately, but I'm getting tired of no customer service. Not getting what I'm paying for User's recommendation: Use Hudgins or some other trash service. (I probably spelled their name wrong).
