Two days in a row now the 4:38pm bnsf train was so crowded that passengers are waiting to get on and doors close leaving those who have a body part half way on but limbs still outside. Conductors no where on the platform. I arrived 5 minutes early and barely made it on. Having the doors crush my leg. Why do the conductors hide instead on help manage and direct the passengers? Do they need safety snd crowd management training?
