I downloaded 2 pages to help change Windows Colors and Appearance on Windows 10. But my real problem is that I need to change my BLACK SCREEN, to a more pleasant color. A related difficulty is the "pulse" like best on the screen when the CURSOR is in position for typing. On the BLACK BACKGROUND SCREEN, this "PULSE" like beat is invisible - Does that make sense? Pardon me, but being IT illiterate, I don't know any other way to describe my problems. I am hopeful I will be understood all the same.
