My wife receives magazines and cookbooks which the books are totally sealed and they dont put sny names of whats inside so after opening the post office will not return it unless we pay the shipping back and even though we have tried the wrong address is given for returns and also the hearst vompsny diesntvwant to pay return shipping. They say theyll email a return but never does. A company like this is a rip off. My wife is happy with the magazines but the big issue are the books like cookbooks which cant bee seen so id say put clear plastic boxes to see one side and the names on the book. Terable phone help also in occasions.
