No return calls, spending hours and hours on the phone and being transfered from one department to the next and still getting no resort.

My wife spent 6 hours the first day trying to book a vacation but was told our account had a hold. When asked why it took them hours to tell us that they had a dispute with the credit card company because we were credit back by them for our cruise that did not happen. After about 6 long hours and talking to about 5 people they told us they would take care of. We called the next day to try and book a vacation and they told us that nothing was done and the account was still blocked. My wife gave up at that point and I took over. I called and as expected was transferred about 3 or 4 times ending up with Matthew Sullivan. He said that he was going to take care of the problem and call me back that day. Luckily I asked for his number. Of course, he did not call back that day. I called the next 2 days and left a message but as of today have had no call back from Matthew Sullivan. MY ADVICE, DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS WITH WESTAGATE RESORTS OR ANY OF THEIR NUMEROUS COMPANIES THAT THEY OPERATEUNDER. READ OTHER REVIEWS ON OTHER SITES ABOUT THE WAY THEY OPERATE, User's recommendation: DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS WESTAGE RESORTS!!!!!!!!!!!
