no follow up after accepting the project to repair our residents. very frustrating trying to get them to do the work they agreed to accept or even get them to return a single call. I asked for a quote and they agreed but still no one showed for a quote. Adam never seems to have time to return calls or even get the project started. we can't move forward until we get one area repaired then everything else should move fairly quickly. I can't comment on their actual work because they haven't done any. I would look for someone other than PDR if you need contractors. Very poor business management.
