No responses at critical time of needing my phone

The same day of my surgery 2 Wednesdays ago, I learned my phone was dying. Friday talking to Edward your agent, he sent an overnight delivery for a replacement. The new phone does not accept my old password meaning I am locked out of it. These past several days, I emailed your company with no response. It is frustrating because I have an ailing neighbor also depending upon being able to call me when he needs help. User's recommendation: they should sign up using email address only for contact because any password information being texted to a locked phone is useless,
