No response until I called twice. This came 4 days after sent request on line.

E-mail confirming a magazine order came in Sunday night which I did not order. I called immediately to customer service to get the run around options and finally left message to cancel. Sent online pissed consumer form that night and it is now Thursday when I got an e-mail asking if my problem had been resolved. When I heard nothing I called during business hours on Tuesday and was told by Latrise that she cancelled my order while we were on the phone. User's recommendation: Have to follow up by phone and not count on the online form doing a thing!
