No response to numerous emails, phone calls and branch visits

I cancelled my landline and requested connection to telkom closer basic @ r199.00 per month. Landline was cancelled in may but to date after approx 3 months of phoning, mailing and visiting a telkom store, and requesting a manager to call me, I have still not had any telephonic response from telkom. All I receive are computer generated responses "assuring me as a valued client that I will be contacted very soon" The service is beyond shocking, disgusting D. Hurwitz Id no..[protected] Cell no..[protected] Please check all my correspondence on your system
