I ordered some sandals from them and couldn't find my original email regarding the shipping information. Unfortunately, stupid me ordered a second pair. Finally received the first pair and wouldn't you know it, the second pair within the next 2 weeks. Sent an email requesting directions on how to receive a refund, as of at least 8 days later, still no response. I suppose I am stuck with 2 pair of the same sandals, Wish I had seen your reviews before placing the order. I'm going to donate the second pair to charity as I feel I will NEVER hear from them. Their packaging has some language written in the return address that I defy anyone to try and contact them via USPS. Lesson learned.
