No response re order

For face masks ordered over two weeks ago. Received confirmation immediately The date promised is long passed. when I tried calling a recorded message asked for an order number which I don't have and they'd get back to me within 72 hours. That's 3 days? WTF User's recommendation: Order from a company that obviously has stock on hand.
