No response or refund or voucher

We were suppose to fly on the 30th of May. Due to the corona virus pandemic we could not fly. I bought my tickets through E-dreams to fly with Emirates. The flights were cancelled by Emirates. I also took out an insurance policy,when I booked the tickets in 2019. I have e-mailed e-dreams and try to call them numerous of times, but I do not get any response. I need the voucher code from them, so I can re-book our flights for next year. My reference number is: 479314****. I have received an e-mail from them in June, confirming that I have a voucher and that I will be able to re-book through 'my trips' on the app, but that is impossible. I would like an answer from them, as they were refunded by Emirates, but I have not seen any refund or voucher. User's recommendation: I won't make use of them in the future.
