Made a claim for a damaged tupperware item, returned the item, got an automated response after 1 month saying 'waiting for item to be returned', send multiple emails to customer service and still not one personal response from Tupperware customer service in over 2 months. Completely in the dark as to what's going on with the company as no answer on phone number either. After many years of purchasing dozens and dozens of Tupperware products, this is the nail in the coffin for me. Shocking customer service setup to not even respond to customer emails in that time frame. User's recommendation: Buy Sistema.
